Project Portfolio Management

  • Manages the Site project portfolio, consolidating as ONE project portfolio at site (CAPEX+OPEX), gathering inputs from all functions (MSAT, Engineering, HSE, Quality, OpEX, Digital,…)
  • Manages team of experienced Portfolio Leaders and is responsible for monitoring / reporting on the project portfolio (incl. progress, actions, costs, risks)
  • Ensure data quality in Shine, ensure monitoring & reporting, conduct end user training and ensure use of PM best practices
  • Establish a strong link with site and global engineering in context of project portfolio management and stage gate governance
  • Supports link of Site Project portfolio with GBU/ M&S portfolio process, including relevant governance & preparation of gate reviews in close collaboration with engineering
  • By collecting, collating and analyzing the relevant data he/she enables the project prioritization process, whatever the nature of project. In this role, the Head of Project Portfolio management will need to review and challenge project / function owners where needed.
  • Ensure resource capacity and availability for all functions impacted by site projects roadmap
  • Coordinates / collates risk management activities and information associated with the site project portfolio as input for overall site risk profile and thereby supports global integrated risk management process.
  • Contributes to Site StratPlan, Budget and Site Master Plan processes
  • Contributes to talent development and adaptation of skills and capabilities to the portfolio needs developing project management, strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Fosters sharing and application of best practices and digital solutions to the job scope, creating maximum transparency and access whenever possible

Project Leader

  • Develops with partners the objectives/scopes and strategy of the project
  • Accountable for Project planning including Timelines, costs, scope and risks
  • Leads and monitors with an End-to-End Mindset the execution of one or multiple projects
  • Manages project controls: review of project deliverables / expenditures, reporting, follow ups, management of project changes and risks
  • Conducts project communications and management of site and global stakeholders
  • Is responsible for the overall achievement of the objectives of his project: design fundamentals / costs / deadlines / quality / HSE / industrial performance
  • Updates the project progress summary in the tools (including Shine) by ensuring compliance with good management practices for the projects undertaken and in particular compliance with the financial rules auditable by the Group (imputations to cost centers / project numbers, commissioning/scrapping, allocation of expenses to the categories indicated OPEX/CAPEX & INT/EXT, etc.)
  • Acts as an interface – within the scope of the project – with site functions (operational and support functions) / external operational contacts / related projects
  • Performs regular activity reporting to its client and the Project Portfolio Management team at site and where required the global PPM team
  • Presents the project in the corresponding governance committees for review and decision making
  • Fosters sharing and application of best practices and digital solutions to the job scope, creating maximum transparency and access whenever possible.

  • 更新工具(包括 Shine)中的项目进度摘要,确保所执行项目的良好管理规范得到遵守,特别是符合可由集团审计的财务规则(成本中心/项目编号的证明、调试/报废、费用分配给指明的类别 OPEX/CAPEX 和 INT/EXT 等)

About you 任职资格:

  • Experience:工作经验:
  • Exposure to Production, Supply Chain, Chemical engineering, Process Technology, Project Investment, Finance, Quality and Regulatory requirements, with minimum 5 years of total industry experience.
  • Experience with pre- and post-launch activities (tech-transfer, continuous process verification, inspection readiness, cGMP knowledge, HA regulations, quality systems) preferred
  • Experience in portfolio and project management, with ability to drive prioritization decisions
  • Direct production operations experience preferred (Operations)
  • Soft skill:通用技能:
  • Good at interpersonal skill, presentation skill, communication skill and problem-solving skill and etc.,
  • Good knowledge of the constraints and regulations in force in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, FDA, etc.)

  • Knowledge and agility on digital tool supporting decision making
  • Strong leadership skills and experience (minimum 5 years) with proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams
  • Financial acumen and understanding of industrial strategy to build the project strategy and business case

  • Scientific bachelor degree preferably in chemical, biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or business / finance degree
