With your talent and ambition, we can do even more to protect people from infectious diseases and bring hope to patients and their families. Your job, as Distribution Specialist within our Logistics Team, will be to be responsible for daily co-operation with Logistic Service Provider, calculation and reporting of Distribution Key Performance Indicators.

Main responsibilities:

• day to day co-operation with Sanofi Sales team, Customers service team and Logistic Service Providers in order to provide appropriate distribution resources to the size of business needs.
• daily monitoring of EDI interfaces to make sure that EDI communication established with Logistic Service Providers works properly.
• exchange of Sanofi Clients master data information to make sure that LSP provider and transportation companies use appropriate latest address information.
• coordinate the flow of pallets return between Sanofi Clients and Logistic Service provider.
• cooperate with LSP, transportation companies and external archive to make sure that all shipments have been properly documented.
• preparation of monthly reports for Distribution Department including Key Performance Indicator.
• verification of monthly invoices issued by LSP and transportation companies.
• involve in preparation of distribution budgets and forecasts.

About you

Soft and technical skills:

• Computer literacy (Word, Zoom, Teams, Power Point).

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Analytical mindset, accurate, paying attention to important details.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Open minded and willing to learn.

• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset.

​Education: Bachelor or Master degree.

Languages: Fluent Polish and advanced English skills.
