  • To transform business model from traditional to digital-first approach in Area Hospitals.

  • To achieve sales target of the team in the assigned customers.

  • To maximize market share and achieve marketing objectives.

  • To develop and maintain good relationship with KOLs in related therapeutic areas.

  • To provide feedback on evolving market environment.

  • To implement sales & marketing strategies to meet short- and medium-term goals.

  • To motivate and develop the team.

Main responsibilities

  • To define and implement the right strategy for digital-first approach in HCP engagement; share relevant learnings and successful stories with other channels.

  • To develop & implement territory business (forecast, customer activities and promotion) plan.

  • To select optimal sales people and set performance standard for the business growth requirement.

  • To coach medical representatives to ensure their territory management/selling skill/presentation skill/communication skill/product knowledge is up to the professional standard.

  • To implement performance appraisal for team by KPI review to maintain a continuous performance improvement through PIP management.

  • To develop and maintain good network key opinion leaders & influencers.

  • To drive cross-functional team collaboration with Commercial Team and Marketing Team to maximize synergies.

  • To update market intelligence and develop tactics to well manage the dynamic issues of markets

  • To manage the resource (including sales & marketing spending, headcounts…etc) effectively through appropriate allocation and monitoring.

  • To utilize the OneCRM reporting for ensuring target customers are meeting coverage and frequency requirement.

  • To meet the timely reporting in sales forecasting and estimated landing with accuracy.

  • To deploy territory by executing segmentation & targeting strategy.

  • To identify, develop and coach potential employees.

  • To ensure team & individual compliance to policies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.

About you

  • University (Bachelor of Science)/Diploma major in Pharmacy or related fields is preferable.

  • Minimum 8 years of successful experience in original company, which includes at least 2 years of sales supervisory experience, 1 years of marketing or training supervisory experience is preferable.

  • Open to change and drive transformation

  • Familiar with multiple national company policies and procedure as well as core value.

  • Familiar with product related knowledge and market situation & trends.

  • Good skill of English in reading, writing and conversation.

  • Possesses good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skill.

  • Possesses good administration, strategic thinking and planning ability.

  • Possesses effective coaching and counseling, people management skill and visionary leadership.

  • Possesses good presentation skill.
