About the Job

The Hub Engagement Coordinator reports to Global Hub Engagement Partner (Hyderabad is responsible for supporting the development and execution of Stakeholder and Employee Engagement initiatives at the Hub. This role ensures that engagement strategies are effectively implemented to foster a positive and inclusive work environment by aligning with the overall engagement objectives. The role includes managing communication materials, managing event logistics and collaborating with various stakeholders, community members and vendors.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with and support the Hub Engagement Partner to deploy Employee Engagement Initiatives

  • Actively participate in the implementation of the Hub employee engagement plan and strategy.
  • Organize and support the content creation and logistics of Hub events (e.g., Annual meets, year-end party, Hub anniversary, leadership visits, marketplace events, team building activities, onboarding days).
  • Work with agencies and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Acting as a facilitatory at Hub and community events.

Manage communication materials and channels

  • Create, update, and maintain communication and functional materials for internal and external use: PPTs, templates, flyers, posters, event materials, one-pagers.
  • Create and update digital content in the office area
  • Create, design and update printed materials for engagement events (signs, flyers, posters, flags)
  • Create communication materials for internal channels (invites, communications, announcements, Viva Engage posts, polls, feedback forms, registration forms)
  • Create communication materials for external channels – Facebook, LinkedIn, job fairs etc.
  • Edit videos and photos of the engagement events
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and that materials remain relevant and engaging.

Manage logistics and organization of engagement events

  • Manage printed material, catering and inventory orders
  • Update order forms and organizational excels
  • Order technical support for engagement events
  • Create zoom link and zoom webinars
  • Raise tickets for logistic requests

Cooperate with the community members

  • Actively engage with the community by supporting events like in-house engagement activities, quiz sessions and sports events
  • Provide ad-hoc support for planning and executing community events
  • Provide communications materials and support for community events
  • Act as a channel between community members and the business
  • Collaborate with community members around community initiatives to align it with the Hub engagement agenda
  • Coordinate special offers and discounts for Hub employees
  • Propose and plan new community events

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Event planning and coordination skills
  • Communications degree and/or corporate communications, event management experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create, design and manage communication content
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
