About Job​:

• Data Source Identification and Analysis: Identify and evaluate various data sources to determine the most appropriate methods for data analysis. Develop strategies to extract meaningful insights that drive operational excellence and process improvements.

• Innovative Data Visualization: Drive innovation in data visualization techniques to enhance reporting and decision-making processes. Create visualizations that not only present data clearly but also identify areas for operational optimization and efficiency gains.

• Visualization Tool Proficiency: Utilize specialist tools such as Power BI to create visually engaging dashboards and reports. Ensure that data is presented in a clear and understandable manner to facilitate informed decision-making and operational improvements.

• Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency. Use data-driven insights to identify and address operational bottlenecks, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance.

• Project Management: Lead and manage visual analytics projects, often employing agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with operational excellence objectives.

• Tool Research and Testing: Continuously research and test new data analysis and visualization tools to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation that contribute to operational excellence.

• Training and Support: Train and support colleagues in the use of datasets and visualization tools. Build and maintain a self-service analytics community to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

About You:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• Excellent technical skills in one or more visualization tools such as "Qlik", "Tableau" or "Power BI."
• Proficiency in SQL; and expertise in Python will be considered a plus.
• Communication skills, both written and oral english
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and understandably.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and domains.
• Eagerness to explore and expand expertise beyond the current domain.
