Lead the commercial strategy in the designated payer ecosystems in Colombia. The trade lead manages a high-performance team responsible for mapping and engaging key account stakeholders, gathering valuable insights, and building/maintaining high-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. He articulates the process to achieve the desired access level for Sanofi's medicines. This manager is responsible for sales execution, including trade operations, collection, and alignment with business units, ensuring an accurate sales forecast.
Main responsibilities:
The general responsibility of this position is to lead the commercial and financial strategy and processes in the assigned ecosystems of national/regional insurers or payers, positioning Sanofi as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry through innovation and the generation of value and efficiencies for final payers.
- Oversee the capabilities and resources necessary to ensure the achievement of Sanofi's objectives related to the sales process.
- Develop and lead the coordination of internal and external teams and efforts through account plans by ecosystem to ensure the success of the assigned commercial, financial, and administrative processes.
- Drive continuous efforts in gross-to-net trading to maximize sales and gross margins.
- Ensure that the strategic and tactical directions of the commercial teams are consistently aligned with the business units, market access, and supply chain.
- Develop commercial, financial, collection, and access strategies that guarantee the compliance and sustainability of the direct sales channel.
- Establish and monitor the achievement of management indicators for the main processes of the direct sales channel: Submission, Billing, Recovery, Collection, Returns, and Claims.
- Ensure adequate and timely attention to the needs of internal and external clients.
About you
We require a bachelor's in business or health areas. Our candidate must have high Goal Orientation, team leadership, Planning, Strategy Thinking, Teamwork. These requirements must also match our Sanofi values: Take action, Stretch, Think Sanofi first and act for patients and costumers
- Experience: 5 years of proven commercial experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Technical and soft skills: Goal Orientation, Planning, Strategy, Attention to detail, Leadership, Networking, Effective In-Person and Virtual Communication, Analytical Capacity, Sense of Anticipation, Teamwork, Pragmatism, Empathy, Creativity.
- Education: Bachelor's in business or healthcare areas
- Languages: Spanish 100%, English advance Level
