We are seeking an experienced and passionate People Excellence Partner as a catalyst for the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy in Iberia. The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals by delivering foundational P&C excellence (talent management, rewards & performance, organization, culture, etc) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi’s Global Business Strategy as well as the Play to Win culture.

Main responsibilities:

As a member of the Iberia People & Culture team, you will be expected to work in close partnership with the business managers, the P&C (Business Partners and Centers of Excellence) and People Services community across the geography.

• Drive local deployment of global One Sanofi and P&C strategy and core processes across GBU / GF (Global Business Units/ Global Functions). Work with People Business Partners and COEs to execute against local people priorities and provide operational in-country support, focused on delivering foundational P&C excellence.​ Support managers with day-to-day P&C cycle activities as second interaction point.

• Provide P&C support to execute business decisions.

• Reflect changes in local processes, procedures, and policies according to CoE guidelines.

• Support delivery of people & culture activities that require on-site presence or where local language requirements cannot be covered by the hubs.

• Talent Acquisition – Support on-site activities as required in partnership with TA team.

• Talent Management – Deliver P4G (potential for growth) workshops to upskill People Managers. Engage in calibration talent reviews as needed to support 1st line managers. Support employees and managers locally in development advice.

• Rewards and Recognition – Support adjustment and negotiation of collective labor agreements, manage personnel cost/ budget, local plans.

• Insights – Handle reporting request using local data sources (e.g., local government reports)
• Org Design and Effectiveness - Implement organizational changes in local systems (if required), manage reorganizations by supporting union/ works council negotiations as well as managing the transition/ exit of people.

• Employee Relations – Advise managers on employee relations matters & handle cases end-to-end.

• Mobility - Support on-site relocation, if necessary, e.g., in-person confirmation of employment

• Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas and implementation.

• Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service and One Support

About you

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience. International exposure is desirable.

- Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization & ability to represent P&C externally.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. Portuguese is a plus.
