As a People Services Data Quality Specialist within our People Services Team, you will be involved in Data Quality care and providing the best service from the Bogota Hub to Latam, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. In addition to providing the service, the challenge is to maintain and adjust the process from start to finish so that it best suits the requirements and needs of our customers. Bringing new ideas, innovation, simplification and harmonization of processes is a must!
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage all cross-functional technical support and Data Quality of the Workday platform and in Latam with a focus on Brazil
- Address WD's operational data quality issues with stakeholders.
- Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across Workday systems. This includes identifying and correcting data errors, as well as implementing policies and procedures to maintain data quality.
- Technical and Functional Support: Provide support to Workday users, resolving technical and functional issues. This can include assistance in system navigation, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Data Integration: Manage data integration between Workday and other enterprise systems. This involves ensuring that data is transferred accurately and securely between platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and data analysis to support business decision-making. Use Workday analytics tools to provide strategic insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and the use of Workday. This can include implementing new functionalities and optimizing existing processes.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that data and processes comply with the company's security regulations and policies. This includes protecting sensitive data and managing access and permissions.
- Respond to Tickets and requests related to your area of responsibility, as part of Level L1, L2 and L3
- Run data quality tests for Workday purposes.
About you
- Experience: Experience in HR processes, knowledge of HR case management apps especially in Workday
- Experience in case management tools is an advantage
- Soft and technical skills: Customer service focus and experience.
- Good communication skills
- HR process knowledge is an advantage. Workday is a must
- MS Office knowledge is a must
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (essential)
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset (essential)
- Good communication skills
- Attentive to customer needs and feedback
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, previous experience with Workday or similar global HR systems, and experience managing ticketing platforms.
- Languages: Excellent English (B2/C1) and Portuguese C1 advanced (mandatory).
