In October 2020, Global Business Services (GBS) was established as a new transversal, multi-disciplinary function. GBS is managing global end-to-end (E2E) processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness by using innovative solutions while simplifying and harmonizing the E2E process delivery.

In 2022, Sanofi board confirmed the need of establishing an autonomous GBS organization by extending to a new Service Line: People Services (PPL).

Therefore, GBS PPLS Regional Head is looking for Employee and External Life Cycle Specialist for France. For HR Services (People Services), GBS will be covering the following areas of the process:

• Manage onboarding, contract events, leaves, career moves (job changes), terminations, International hiring and moves working closely with HR Partners (People & Culture), Digital team, Payroll team and vendors.
• Contract management
• Managing employee queries: based on global and local articles, via ticketing system
• External Workforce: data management, onboarding and offboarding of external employees
• Reporting, compliance requests, continuous improvement projects

The Employee and External Life Cycle Specialist reports to the GBS PPLS French Cluster Lead. The position will work closely with the GBS PPLS Time and Payroll team and also HR, Legal, Compliance, Digital, third-party providers.

About you

Experience:

• Experience in Human Resources or customer service or care experience within a shared service environment
• Experience with multicultural organization
• Experience with HR management systems

Soft skills:

• Self-organization skills, prioritizes effectively
• Attention to details
• Strong communication and customer services skills
• Capable of handling difficult situations by demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to work with in a diverse team

• Customer oriented mindset

Languages:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French

Education:

• BA/ BSc or Equivalent in HR or related discipline
