Data Analytics team turns data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. By analyzing trends, improving processes, and developing predictive models, the team helps stakeholders implement data-driven solutions that boost efficiency, performance, and innovation.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive data analysis, visualization, and insights to support the digital transformation journey.

• Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to uncover key patterns and correlations.

• Create clear, actionable reports and KPIs that help stakeholders make informed decisions.

• Promote a “Speak with data” culture by standardizing reporting and analysis across the site.

• Deliver advanced analytics and visualizations to optimize operations and drive performance.

• Support the growth of advanced analytics capabilities at the site level.

About you

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering

Skills:

• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.

• Strong data presentation skills to convey insights and opportunities clearly.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially for scorecards.

• Basic digital awareness, with no advanced technical skills needed.

• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
