The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a trusted scientific partner who engages with healthcare professionals, institutions in the Immunology therapeutic area to identify and address their needs. Through cutting-edge scientific exchange, you will inspire and form partnerships that enhance understanding of the scientific and medical value of our products and solutions, ultimately improving patient pathways and outcomes.
Scientific Engagement and Exchange:
Build and develop enduring needs-based peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions in the Immunology therapeutic area.
Identify areas of mutual collaboration and implement strategic action plans aligned to the Country Medical Plan.
Communicate the benefits, risks, appropriate use, and clinical value of our solutions and therapeutic products accurately and fairly.
Therapeutic Area Expertise & Educational Program:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant compounds, diseases, and competitors in the Immunology therapeutic area.
Attend appropriate local and international symposia, disseminating key learnings to the Brand teams.
Develop agendas for educational symposia and work with speakers to ensure high-quality medical education.
Facilitate the implementation of educational programs
Insight Generation:
Generate and share actionable insights, proposing solutions in a timely manner.
Gather data on the external healthcare environment to generate internal insights.
Internal Cross-functional Collaboration:
Actively participate in brand team activities, contributing to strategy creation and integrated brand planning.
Provide medical and scientific expertise to the brand team.
Lead the development and implementation of the KOL strategy in conjunction with sales and marketing teams.
Quality Use of Medicines:
Collaborate with the Medical Manager to ensure relevant answers to HCP inquiries.
Assist in delivering training for sales and marketing teams on products, disease states, and competitor agents.
Maintain excellent knowledge of pharmacovigilance and comply with SOPs and local regulations.
About You
Education:
Medical or postgraduate specialist qualifications in a medical field (e.g., MSc/PhD) preferred.
Pharmacy degree with minimum 2 years post-registration clinical experience or at least 5 years' experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience:
Knowledge of immunology area and stakeholders is highly preferred.
Ability to interpret key scientific data and translate this information to meet educational needs.
Understanding of research study design and execution.
Skills:
Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms for stakeholder engagement
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam
