OUR TEAM
The Junior Digital Site Expert – Origgio will be integrated in the Digital Team of Origgio Site and will support the delivery and improvement of Digital Solutions for the CHC network by providing project management and solutions expertise to business users.
POSITION PURPOSE
Main purpose is to support Digital activities in Origgio site, working in compliance with Quality, EHS and external service providers. He/She is coordinated by Local Digital Team to execute local initiatives and supporting site needs aligned with global expectations.
This includes but is not limited to Electronic Batch Records, Serialization, Operational Equipment Effectiveness [OEE], Plant Connectivity, etc.
The objective of the position is also to ensure that Digital solutions deliver expected business value and are used in an effective and efficient manner. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and other Digital teams to proactively identify issues and areas of improvement, propose remediation plans and ensure timely implementation of solutions.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support Digital activities and projects in the site for implementation and maintenance of shop floor systems and digital products
- Support required validation activities to ensure compliance
- Implement requested cybersecurity actions to local machines to assure company compliance, work with infrastructure team to ensure that standards are properly enforced
- Support integration of shop floor systems and digital products with enterprise systems and local automation systems (including IoT devices) as required, and ensure availability of data to the data lake via Plant Connectivity while meeting cybersecurity requirements
- Interact and collaborate with business users and external providers for IT support on maintenance activities, tickets on digital products
- Provide application expertise and application ownership for shop floor systems and digital products used within CHC European Industrial Perimeter; ensure appropriate lifecycle management of applications
- In close collaboration with business representatives, global Digital functions, external service providers and Industrial Service Leaders, identify issues and improvement opportunities. Define remediations plans, prioritize actions and ensure effective execution of plans and delivery of desired results.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable value creation through alignment of site business processes and Digital solutions.
- Contribute to simplification efforts of Digital processes, policies and tools
About you
- Experience:
- Strong Knowledge regarding business processes in shop floor and manufacturing execution
- Solid knowledge of Digital solutions
- Service / Customer mindset
- Tech-savvy, modern “App” mindset
- Computerized Systems Validation experience preferable
- Project management skills in order to contribute to local projects.
- Process improvement & Innovation mindset
