Field force Operation Management

• Lead following FFE tasks from process & data support perspective including
  • Target hospital management
  • Target customer management
  • Territory alignment
  • Target setting
• Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to BU in the field force operation cycles, and drive efficiency, productivity and discipline
• Communicate with BU field force leaders, marketing team and other GTMC counterpart to handle keep the smooth running of FFE related process

Analysis and Insight Generation

• Perform data processing and analysis with given tasks, able to understand business dynamics and generate insights from data
• Leverage best practices across BUs and industrial benchmark to synergize analytical frame and work
• Provide both routine and ad-hoc analysis for BU and management, able to automize some routine reports

Daily Operation and Data management

• Supervise FFE projects (such as customer segmentation, FFE sizing, territory optimization and new product introduction)
• Manage BU daily operation support, including
• HC management and FTE planning
• Field force low performer report
• Provide data support to BUs per request from BU Management team
