Our Team:
The Medical Representative- CHC Hospital is a Field Sales position where you will be responsible for your specific Ha Noi & some part of Phu Tho territory by achieving company sales objectives and building best in class relationships with your Hospital accounts. You will report into the District Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyse and update customer sales data through provided business reporting tools
- Ensure you are covering the right frequency and timing of target visits in your territory
- Pursuade and negotiate offers, and establish strong customer relationships with HCPs
- Promote and sell Sanofi CHC products (Enterogermina, Calcium Corbiere Extra, Telfast, Bisolvon, Phosphalugel,...) to target audiences based on both local action and brand/trade marketing plans
- To educate and build knowledge of our products to clients and market
- Keep on top of competitors trade activity as well as reporting back on insights
- Ensure constant communication of feedback, data and market insights to Line Managers
- Propose new ideas and actions that will increase sales and brand awareness in your identified areas
- To analyze sales figures of your territory, measure gaps and identify how to leverage where necessary
- To deliver merchandise, point of sale materials and tracking any other company promotional tools in your territories
- Cross-collaboration with internal teams to coordinate PR Events and attend any other industry specific networking opportunities
- Make sure data and information are up to date and reporting delivered in line with specified timelines
- Roll out Global, Regional and local Marketing initiatives and work with wider team to tailor needs specific to your territory
About you
Education:
- Medicine or Pharmacy degree (or similar Science degree).
Required knowledge and/or experience:
- Have at least 2 years of experience working in hospital channels (plus points for Thu Cuc Hospital, Saint Paul Hospital, Hospital 108, Hospital 198...)
- Live locally in the Ha Noi area
- Soft skills: High level communication & presentation skills, team-player, agile & proactive
- Technical skills: Quickly learn product knowledge and MS Office
- Languages: Be able to read & write in English (preferred) but not necessary
