In this role you drive for the (future) commercial success of the treatments you represent partly internally but mostly externally within your geographic scope with focus on launches and launch readiness.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage great customer experience: Ensure the understanding and execution of the relevant Customer Journey & Experience strategy and tactics of the GBU within your area
  • Implementation and regular monitoring of the individual customer journey by leveraging the cross functional team work with customer support, COE´s ; HQ
  • Works with HCPs to remove barriers to prescription at the account/regional level
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs and key customers to create long-term partnerships and identify customer needs
  • Stay up-dated on national/regional market access processes affecting access to product portfolio – work in close collaboration with local market access team to support market access activities
  • Collaborates in brand team to provide bottom-up input on needs, share insights and learnings, as well as leverage global and NE materials, resources, campaigns, and initiatives that support and drive customer engagement
  • When applicable you functionally lead the Therapeutic Area Specialist in your scope without having the managerial oversight:
    • Contribute to the Franchise Wildly Important Goals (WIGS) based on NE WIGs and local specifities
    • Adhere to Local OPEX
    • Provide input to financial forecasting processes
    • Drive and coordinate market shaping activities together with Medical, Public Affairs, Communications and Market Access colleagues
    • Interact with key stakeholders at National/Regional level
    • Support Tender & Pricing cases together with Access Teams
  • Coordinate sales and account excellence with Nordic/NE Functions
  • You adhere to the policies, standard operating procedures, and regulations both from a Country and Sanofi perspective to maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrity
  • You continuously stretch yourself to improve, simplify and prioritize within your area of influence with a laser focus on adding value
