Join our global CMC Integrated Demand & Supply Planning team as a Senior CMC Material & Documentation Flow Platform Manager and you’ll support the efficient coordination of Drug Product (DP) and Marketed Product (MP) receipt and transfer, supporting our clinical and non-clinical development projects.

Main responsibilities:

Supports CMC Integrated Demand and Supply team in the management of material and documentation requirements for shipment and receipt of products (drug products or marketed products) under the accountability and supervision of / and the timelines defined by Demand & Supply Leader assigned to a given project.

This includes:

• Filling of product documents such as (but not limited to): packaging order requests (CSPO), products information (PADIS), Traceability reports, destruction request, Technical Conditions for DP shipments,
• Filling of products information in D&S tools such as (but not limited to) COMPASS, Demand Module (DMM), RDPM, o Request of products documents to the appropriate owners as prerequisites for DP handling such as (but not limited to) TOR, quarantine and shipment authorization, CoR/CoA, US customs documentation, preparation and tracking of French Import License request form,
• Execution of Enterprise Resource Planning tasks: Products Code creation, Purchase orders, Transfer orders, Products receipt, Warehouse Dispensing Order
• Provide DP schedule information to CSC Operations warehouse

About you

Experience:

• Few years’ experience in pharma supply chain, CMC, clinical field, pharma R&D
• GMP certification / experience

Soft Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work productively with a broad and diverse group of stakeholders,
• Ability to prioritize task

Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of Pharma Product Manufacturing/Packaging
• Strong knowledge of CMC and Clinical Supply Chain processes and deliverables
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems
• Digital skills

Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree

Language(s):

• Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken French is required to interact with CSC Operations
