Job Title - People Tech Solutions Analyst

Job Location - Hyderabad

Job Type - Permanent/Fulltime

The Team:

As the People Tech Solutions Analyst, you will work closely with the People Services Teams. You will be handling high volume inquiries and support the business with effective problem solutions for technical issues in Workday

About the job

Main responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 Support for resolving workday technical issues, process flaws and user inquiries

• Collaborate with Product Owners per different domain to address defects and implement solutions

• Develop test plans, execute test scripts and support User acceptance testing (UAT)

• Training and Documentation: develop user guides for Level 1 teams and share knowledge to ensure continuous improvement

  • • Manage EIB templates and support users in mass load activities About you

About you

Experience:

  • Experience in Workday environment

  • Experience in assisting with Global Projects

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field

Experience:

2-5+ years of workday experience with at least one module (e.g. HCM core, advance compensation).

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Soft skills:

  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner

  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally with an end-to-end mindset

  • Good communication skills

  • Attentive to customer needs and feedback

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and structure the workload for oneself, the team, as well as for stakeholders

  • Action oriented, delivery driven, change agent, responsive

  • Solution oriented, deductive and analytical skills

  • Ability to identify the proper solution to address a specific business issue

  • Ability to translate from a business requirement to a technical requirement and provide an applicable solution to the business

Languages: fluent in English
