You will be involved in the following activities

• Collaborate with Omnichannel Transformation Leads to co-ordinate all projects related to customer digital/omnichannel strategy

• Work in partnership with brand teams developing and executing omnichannel customer journeys by ensuring on time campaign deployment

• Help to deliver analytics and insight reports on key metrics to optimize future actions on customer engagement plan and experience to ensure data-driven mindset

• Elaborate Excel files and Power Point presentation

About you

• Degree in Economics, Marketing/Digital Marketing or Engineering

• Fluent English (B2 level or higher)

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Sales Force Marketing Cloud will be considered as a plus

• Strong communication skills, high motivation, and a keen interest in marketing

• Team player, time management and problem-solving skills
