Portfolio Project Manager

The portfolio Project Manager will work with senior leadership and cross functional brand teams to elevate the capabilities of the SPC towards a best in class launch organization, facilitate the development of comprehensive launch plans, improve launch execution, and drive cross-functional performance to deliver exceptional launches.
Main Responsibilities:
Accountable for best-in-class launches across SPC Franchise:
・Accountable for implementing the new LEx blueprint and framework within SPC.
・Lead the launch plan management.
・Responsible for launch readiness, launch simulations & go-to market operations and cross functional alignment.
・Launch Readiness Reviews (LPR) within global franchise and key markets.
・Ensure strong coordination through cross-functional team.
Leads, coordinates or supports projects and initiatives for optimize Marketing operation and delivering on priorities
・Manage transversal projects with Global project, Local Leadership Team
・Represents company’s interests in Japan and ensures high compliance with Sanofi SOPs and local legislation and transversal coordination with other Sanofi GBUs
・Initiates Marketing ops projects to accelerate transformation
・Continuously works on improving existing project management methodology (process, tool, mindset...)
・Collaborates with all departments for alignment and impact
・Supports the development of innovation initiatives in country and facilitates the follow-up of the roll-out
・Designs & sustains adequate governance for Marketing operation
・Implement the predefined set of KPI for program result measurement and impact.
・Monitors actual progress made vs targets and issues alerts / recommendation for corrective action plans.
・Designs and plans the transformation and develop a detailed action plan.
・Follows up on the meeting outcomes and action item
・Go To Market local project member
Main Requirements:
・Experience in Marketing and/or Commercial, Sales management, Project Management and/or similar roles with strategic scope
・Stakeholder management experience with global and local team
・Experience in leading project teams involving different functions is a big plus.
・Understanding of the market, regulatory environment, competition and future trends, and good understanding of our value chain.
・Strong analytical skills and finds joy in working with numbers as well as is proficient in working with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
・Knowledge, how to design new marketing operations models and meet compliance requirements
・Ability to take fact-based, data-driven decisions based on customer-centric needs.
・Ability and joy to manage relationships across various stakeholders
・Role model of PTW behaviours.
CRITICAL EXPERIENCES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE:
・Analytical and presentation skills
・Interpersonal skills as well as influence, negotiation and empathetic, conflict resolution skills
・Fluent in Japanese and business level English (TOEIC 800+)
