Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. This role will be responsible to work with the Global Talent Services Head to project manage multiple projects globally as the launch of a new model takes place

Main responsibilities:

• Work with regional heads and leads and establish a concurrent management schedule ​

• Collect and analyze project reports and data, such as budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.​

• Accountable for aligning project objectives with the company’s strategic goals and ensuring that projects are executed effectively​

• Maintain project documentation, track resource schedules, coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking​

• Define and implement methodologies and a governance framework including risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are initiated, executed, and monitored in accordance with the set guidelines.​

About you

You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience:

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects

• Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and HR organisations across multiple geographies

Soft and technical skills:

• Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

• Project management skills

• Fair understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies is a plus.
