Sanofi has big plans to become the go-to employer in biopharma. As Employer Brand Project Manager for Hubs and functions, you’ll support our recruitment marketing efforts to amplify our brand and raise awareness with the best talent in our key markets. A collaborative, hands-on employer brand professional, with strong project management skills, you’ll partner with our EB lead for hubs, our global employer brand team, and other key stakeholders across the business to ensure a consistent, impactful employer brand that attracts top talent and creates exceptional candidate experiences.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the EB lead for hubs, supporting key recruitment marketing projects across our hubs – including Hyderabad, Bogota, Budapest, Kuala Lumpur and Barcelona.

  • Partner with our Global EB lead for GBUs & Functions, supporting key projects and activities across our key functions.

  • Be a brand guardian: ensuring all activities align with global brand guidelines and support training for recruiters, employee advocates, and stakeholders.

  • Support the deployment of our employee advocacy program in line with our hubs and global strategy – recruiting and engaging Sanofi ‘influencers’ to amplify our presence in the market.

  • Analyze market data and insights to understand and align audience targeting with business needs and recruitment objectives.

  • Understand key employer branding KPIs and help to measure brand impact and recruitment effectiveness.

  • Support the activation Hubs and GBU/function campaigns - managing and activating recruitment marketing campaigns to support the local Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy, across both early careers and experienced hires.

  • Support on social media strategies, including organic and paid campaigns, as well as programmatic advertising.

  • Help the development, localization and management of hubs and GBU/function specific careers pages, including content management and language translation projects.

  • Track and report on employer branding metrics in line with global standards

  • Keep up to date with intelligence on local market trends, including monitoring platforms such as Glassdoor and other insight tools.

About you

With both a creative mindset and attention to detail, you have experience of implementing and activating employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns. You have strong project and stakeholder management skills and keep on top of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. You also have a data-driven mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving, thriving in a fast-paced environment that requires cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of driving results through recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Experience in content creation, employee advocacy programs and digital marketing.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from recruitment marketing metrics and analytics.

  • Experience of working in a global, matrixed environment is a plus, as is knowledge of candidate relationship management (CRM) systems and Content Management systems (CMS).
