As Junior Marketing & Digital Communication Specialist in our Rare Diseases you’ll will support the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies with a strong focus on digital engagement. Working closely with the Rare Diseases lead, this role will co-create impactful campaigns, shape communication across channels (especially digital), and act as a key support partner to the field team. In the future, this person will also play a central role in the strategic and operational development of the GP Academy initiative, supporting long-term engagement with General Practitioners.
The position requires a hands-on, creative and agile mindset with a passion for meaningful communication that drives awareness, education, and early diagnosis in the field of rare diseases.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies for Rare Diseases portfolio
Create and manage content for healthcare professionals across multiple channels
Lead digital campaigns and analyze performance metrics
Coordinate communication initiatives and educational campaigns
Collaborate with field teams to align messages with customer expectations
Support GP Academy initiative
Monitor healthcare communication trends and propose innovative approaches
Foster continuous improvement and adaptability in digital communication
Partner with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure compliant content delivery
Drive engagement through multi-channel marketing initiatives (digital, print, events)
Track project milestones and maintain documentation
Optimize content based on performance data and field feedback
About you
Education: Active University student (ideally starting 3rd or 4th year of University education) studying in Czech Republic pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or medical-related studies
Technical and soft skills:
Strong interest in digital channels and innovative digital approaches to communication
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects
Passion for learning about rare diseases and niche medical fields
Adaptable and open to new ways of working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Creativity in content creation and problem-solving
Enthusiasm for contributing to projects that impact patient care and awareness
Languages: Fluent in Czech/Slovak and advanced in English
