About the job

The Senior Project Manager serves as the strategic owner of complex service management projects, managing the implementation of new solutions and major deployments across the organization. This role drives successful project execution while ensuring alignment with service management standards and business objectives, enabling optimal service delivery throughout the organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex service management projects from inception to completion
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing scope, timeline, budget, and risks
• Lead implementation of new service management solutions and major deployments
• Build strong partnerships with service line owners and senior management
• Align project objectives with organizational strategy and business goals
• Drive organizational change management for complex implementations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure proper integration between service catalogs and management tools
• Develop roadmaps and provide strategic guidance on project prioritization

About you

Experience

• 7+ years in project management with focus on service management initiatives
• Proven track record managing complex projects from conception to delivery
• Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow, etc.) and frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience partnering with senior leadership across organizational boundaries

Skills

• Leadership abilities with strategic thinking and excellent communication
• Problem-solving capabilities and decision-making under pressure
• Advanced project management methodologies (PMP, Agile)
• Service management principles and risk management strategies
• Resource planning and working knowledge of service management platforms

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree

Languages:

• Fluent in English
