As Finance Business Partner – Pharma Vietnam, you’ll support critical business decisions through actionable financial insights and help drive operational excellence across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Actively participate in Pharma BU governance forums (e.g., Operations Committee, Demand and Supply meetings, Management Committee) and contribute with financial insights
- Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to drive business results aligned with budget and forecasts
- Challenge assumptions and ensure financial realism in business plans
- Conduct regular business reviews with BU Head and key stakeholders
- Support decisions with robust financial analysis on pricing, resource deployment, and distribution planning
Financial Planning & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor business performance through monthly KPIs and provide variance analysis and recommendations (Topline, Opex, Distribution, Period costs, Headcount)
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities vs. budget and forecast; propose mitigation actions
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting during closing cycles in collaboration with Accounting, Controlling Operations, and Regional Finance
- Lead planning cycles including budget, forecast, and quarterly landing presentations to regional stakeholders
Internal Control & Governance
- Liaise with Internal Control and operations to ensure finance process compliance and continuous improvement
- Support implementation and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools
About You
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Experience in Finance/Controlling roles; exposure to Pharma or FMCG environment is a plus
- Familiarity with financial planning, reporting, and internal controls in a regulated industry
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Able to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in SAP, TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems
