As the Global Buyer Trainee within our Procurement Professional Services team, you’ll support the design and execution of the global sourcing strategies in Real Estate & Workplace, Total Talent Management, Corporate services or HR Services.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Global Lead Buyer(s) or Regional Category Manager(s) to ensure proper strategy design and execution for their respective category
• Participate to sourcing processes (RFIs/RFPs) and contract negotiations
• Support information management, reporting and provide advanced data analytics
• Take part of transversal projects including ESG, SRM and business partnering

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing Master studies in business with preferred specialization in purchasing or supply chain preferably last year at the university
• Min. 35-hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

• rigor and autonomy
• good interpersonal skills and international exposure
• analytical skills and ability to utilize tools/systems accordingly (advanced excel)
• first experience in purchasing is a plus.

Languages: Fluent in English mandatory (written and spoken), any other European language or Chinese is a plus.
