About the Job

The Deputy Director, Market Access Digital Enablement will lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance market access capabilities across Sanofi's vaccine portfolio, with a focus on business intelligence / reporting solutions. This role serves as a critical liaison between Market Access business teams and Sanofi Digital, ensuring digital solutions effectively meet market access needs and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business-Digital Coordination: Coordinate Market Access business activities in collaboration with Sanofi Digital teams, acting as the primary business representative for digital initiatives with a primary focus on business intelligence / reporting solutions

  • Requirements Management: Gather, document, and prioritize user requirements from Market Access stakeholders to ensure digital solutions address real business needs

  • Testing Oversight: Lead user acceptance testing processes to validate that digital solutions meet business specifications before deployment

  • Leadership Reporting: Provide regular status updates to business leadership on digital initiatives, highlighting progress, risks, and value creation

  • Change Management: Develop strategies to drive adoption of new digital tools within Market Access teams

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline market access processes through digital enablement

About You

  • You bring a passion for innovation and a digital automation approach that enables a thriving play to win “let’s do this” culture

  • You bring valuable experiences to the team that include:

    • Digital/IT experience, specifically implementation of new business intelligence / reporting systems and applications

    • Strong analytical, process, operational and automation experience, and skills

    • Experience in healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, or vaccines is preferred

    • Business intelligence / reporting tools experience required; Microsoft Power BI strongly preferred

    • Able to influence and build effective relationships with business partners.

  • You demonstrate excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate between business and technical language You have proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives between business and technical teams

  • You have 5+ years in market access, pricing, or sales reporting roles with demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects

  • You have a bachelor’s degree

  • You thrive in fast-paced settings with a strong sense of urgency

The salary range for this position is:

$122,250.00 - $176,583.33
