Operations Management for the region
· Support the Global Lead Buyer or the Regional Category Manager of the category to ensure the strategy's execution.
· Deliver savings pipeline in line with targets
· Lead RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations for your category
· Contribute to and/or leads local projects according to Category Management
· Report on status, savings, performance, and risks on the sourcing activities you are in charge of.
· Stay informed on current industry trends and new market developments related to you category area
· Undertake benchmarking against other industries and best practices
· Run SRM program with suppliers of your scope
· Support pre/post-audit management, Crisis management
· Maintains comprehensive understanding of Procurement Policies/Processes related to Risk/CSR/Compliance, and ensures that these are adhered to by relevant team members
· Identifies non-compliant processes and defines appropriate corrective measures Audit management
Stakeholder Management for the region
· Develops strong partnerships with your key internal customers, and foster two-way supportive relationships with them
· Presents Procurement strategies to key internal customers for review and input
Cross transversal regional / global Projects:
SRM:
· Run Global agencies : results analysis, prepare executive presentations, Action Plans tracking
· Build dashboard to incorporate Creative / Media and other surveys in one single view, prepare analysis by suppliers and exec summaries
· ESG tracking
· Tail spends: Manage analysis and tracking that Global strategy is well deployed
Analysis and Tracking:
· Create/Manage dashboard by Key markets and International with visibility on main KPIs such as Asset reuse, Global asset usage, preferred suppliers etc.
· Spend analysis by category and highlight key insights
· Build Savings report, follow up with Global and regional buyers
· Follow up on Strategic suppliers reporting / build Executive view for management meetings
