At Sanofi Business Operations, we’re looking for a People Services Senior Generalist to join our dynamic team in Budapest. You’ll play a key role in supporting employees throughout their journey at Sanofi, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Our Team
You’ll be part of the People Services team—an energetic and collaborative group dedicated to providing best-in-class HR solutions. We work closely with People & Culture, Legal, Digital Services, and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience across the globe.
With respect to People Services (PS) operations in the Budapest Hub, the following areas are covered on a European or Global scale:
- People Life Cycle Management
- Knowledge Base Management and Employee Query Handling
- External Workforce Management
- Global Learning Services
- Quality, Performance, Employee Master Data & Reporting
- Mobility Services
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, job changes, exits, etc.)
- Support payroll and benefits administration and ensure timely data submission
- Act as a Level 2 support for employee queries via ServiceNow
- Represent People Services during onboarding sessions and welcome days
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Lead and support HR projects and process transitions
- Monitor and improve service quality, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Promote digital transformation and self-service adoption
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
About You
Experience & Education:
- Proven experience in HR operations or shared services, ideally in a multinational environment
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field will be beneficial
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Hungarian language at least on advanced level
- Additional European language is a plus
