About the Job
Our Team/ Overview
Lead the assigned T3 Engineering Projects, including scope and budget definition, implementation plan, BC/SPE preparation/approval, Change Control management, construction/execution, release to operation and reporting, assuring involvement of stakeholders, respect of Standards/Guidelines and applicable Regulations.
Main Accountabilities
· Provide capital project studies input including leading each stage gate review, supporting site and M&S decision making process.
· End-to-end capital project delivery for assigned projects including initiation, design, execution, C&Q, handover, & close-out.
· Adherence to all mandatory Sanofi and local & regulatory compliance standards and policies including construction safety GMRs, Planet Care standards, GMP, and FDA regulations/standards.
· Foster a safety first, quality always culture throughout the project implementing SMS 2.0 and TRT ways of working.
· Define staffing of all engineering project resources and align cross-function strategic workforce plan to delivery projects
· Lead and support sourcing and 3rd contractor & supplier management
