About the Job
As a Key Account Manager in our Vaccines team, you will play a crucial role in transforming our partnerships with Vietnam’s leading retail vaccination chains. You will drive mutual growth through a customer-centric, personalized, and agile approach, while leading the strategic planning and end-to-end management of key accounts.
We deliver 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, thanks to the flawless planning and meticulous eye for detail of our Manufacturing & Supply teams. With your talent and ambition, we can do even more to protect people from infectious diseases and bring hope to patients and their families. Your job, as Key Account Manager within our Vaccines team, will be to strengthen key partnerships and drive performance across Vietnam.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnership and growth plans for key accounts, driving sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly customer planning sessions and joint business plans with key accounts.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive demand planning, performance tracking, and execution of corrective actions based on robust market insights.
- Coordinate and cascade annual HCP engagement plans to the field force and ensure seamless execution.
- Lead initiatives for new launches and customer partnership programs to unlock growth potential.
- Provide strategic insights and solutions that connect cross-functional teams and enhance customer collaboration.
- Act as brand communicators when required to strengthen customer engagement.
About You
- University degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or vaccines industry, particularly in sales or key account management.
- Strong product knowledge in vaccines and excellent presentation skills.
- Proven selling, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
- Field coaching experience and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
