We are currently on a journey transforming how we support our Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) organization, and we are looking for passionate professionals to grow with us in this exciting phase.
The Sanofi R&D Hub in Budapest is seeking a Quality, Learning & Training Innovation Specialist to collaborate with stakeholders on training strategy and planning while supporting the Quality Documents & Training Innovation Lead in creating training methodologies.
You will also work closely with the Global Regulatory Capability & Learning Solution Lead implementing innovative learning solutions aligned with company strategic objectives and the evolving regulatory landscape, ultimately enhancing the learning experience for the entire GRA community while contributing to continuous process improvement.
In this comprehensive role you will manage both compliance training administration in the Learning Management System (LMS) and quality documentation maintenance.
Main responsibilities:
- Training Strategy & Planning:
- Support Quality Documents and Training Innovation Lead to build training plans, implement GRA learning strategy by coordinating global and role-specific initiatives
- Revamp learning experience through holistic framework covering onboarding, mandatory training and professional development
- Support GRA Early Talent strategy implementation and coordinate related events
- iLearn Administration:
- Manage iLearn requests and provide training records
- Create/modify training curricula and assign to standard/dynamic groups, learning objects (Online Courses, OJT, curricula, face-to-face training), as well as create/maintain non-Workday user profiles and standard/dynamic groups
- Quality Management:
- Support Quality Documents and SOPs administration
- Support audits preparation and CAPA Management (tracking, follow-up, JD/CV management)
- Training Management (completion tracking, onboarding/offboarding processes)
- Learning Development & Communication:
- Develop learning & training content using instructional design tools
- Manage internal communication platforms, support communication campaigns, create regular communication channels for GRA initiatives and learning & training opportunities
- Operational Support
- Coordinate logistics for learning sessions and post-session activities, prepare reports and assist in budget management including PO handling
- Train and onboard Global R&D HUB employees in Continuous Improvement methodology
- Provide support on escalated tickets from Learner Support using ServiceNow
- Contribute to iLearn administration evolution projects and learner support improvement
About you
Experience:
- 3+ years experience with learning management tools/systems and training methodology support
- Deep knowledge of quality documentation and management tools
- Experience in process execution and quality assurance is preferred
- Experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial
Knowledge, soft skills and competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, global teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with great communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and with shifting priorities to meet short deadlines
- Results-oriented with strong project management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with a dedicated "can-do" attitude
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
Technical skills:
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), record management and digital learning tools
- Technical, data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize information
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Languages:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
