Main responsibilities

• Lead groundbreaking machine learning and AI initiatives to solve complex healthcare challenges

• Develop advanced computational and statistical methodologies for cutting-edge analytics

• Collaborate across Sanofi to deliver impactful analyses that address key business questions

• Apply your expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data mining to drive product innovation

• Mentor junior colleagues and champion analytics results to non-technical audiences

• Work with internal and external data scientists to scope and execute advanced analytics projects

• Support the implementation of patient-centric strategies alongside other Sanofi teams

About you

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field

• Proven track record in applying analytics to solve complex product or business problems

• Expertise in advanced ML techniques, including deep learning and NLP

• Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and high-level ML libraries

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization technologies

• Knowledge of Vertical Federated Analytics (e.g., FlowerAI)

• Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences

• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through innovative data solutions
