As part of the Digital M&S team, the Digital Shop Floor Systems Lead is responsible for defining and executing the digital shop floor systems strategy at the manufacturing campus. This role involves deploying global solutions on-site and managing the lifecycle of existing systems.

Main Responsibilities:
The Digital Shop Floor Systems Lead will lead a team responsible for the execution of the Digital shop floor program and is responsible for planning, budget management, staffing, risk management, and successful execution Digital M&S shopfloor roadmap.
Lead and manage digital manufacturing projects, including applications upgrades, system integrations, and new technology deployments
Oversee Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Historian, and shop floor tools, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize digital manufacturing solutions, enhancing efficiency and reliability
Develop and execute strategies for digitizing and streamlining manufacturing workflows
Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for shop floor IT systems
Establish and maintain documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, and training materials, while conducting key user training
Drive cybersecurity initiatives for manufacturing systems and support regulatory audits and inspections
Manage vendor relationships, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in manufacturing technology
About You
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, preferably in GxP manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of GxP-compliant IT systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance and audit support.
Proficiency in basic programming, IT networks, and system administration
Adaptability to change in dynamic technological environments
Strong project management and team leadership skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and hands-on experience in GxP-compliant IT systems.
Experience with audit readiness and support of regulatory inspections
Ability to connect business challenges & technology opportunities efficiently.
Strategic thinking, ability to frame and articulate complex issues to drive decision & execution.

The salary range for this position is:
$93,900.00 - $135,633.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
