Main responsibilities:

  • Manage, consolidate, and report on the entire project portfolio (CAPEX + OPEX)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor project strategy aligned with site and corporate objectives
  • Lead the risk management process and maintain the comprehensive risk matrix
  • Actively participate in governance forums and prepare materials for strategic decisions
  • Conduct resource planning, define priorities, and manage costs and schedules for projects
  • Maintain effective communication with global and local functions (Engineering, Quality, HSE)
  • Implement and apply digital solutions to enhance portfolio visibility and decision-making
  • Unite project portfolio management, project leadership, and risk management disciplines

About you

  • Higher education degree (preferably in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or economics)
  • Proven industrial experience
  • Deep knowledge in project and portfolio management methodologies
  • Experience leading complex projects in a manufacturing environment
  • Confident use of digital tools and project management software
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Business-level English language proficiency
  • Hungarian is a must
  • Knowledge of GxP regulations is an advantage
