We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Performance, Partnerships & Resources team in Morristown, NJ. This role combines packaging, labeling and distribution coordination expertise with external partnership management to drive operational excellence in our clinical supply chain outsourced activities.

Main Responsibilities:
Partnership Management: Design, develop and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and service providers in the packaging, labeling and distribution space to ensure optimal collaboration and performance. This includes definition of outsourcing models and their implementation (Harmonization between vendors, RACI, Trainings, process, documents…)
Packaging, Labeling and Distribution Outsourcing Coordination: Oversee the outsourcing process for packaging, labeling and distribution activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, quotation & change order review, and performance monitoring
Timeline Management: Ensure all packaging, labeling and distribution activities adhere to established timelines, proactively identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to maintain project schedules
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure they provide usable technical conditions and specifications to suppliers in a timely manner, facilitating smooth execution of outsourced activities. Provide to internal/external stakeholders training on outsourcing process and a daily support for internal stakeholders.
Supplier Escalation Management: Serve as the first level of escalation for supplier-related issues, troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions to minimize impact on project timelines. Drive lessons learned realization and ensure implementation of action points revealed during lessons learned sessions to continuously improve processes and prevent recurring issues. Organize and lead operational governance calls with suppliers.
Technical Requirements Oversight: Review and validate technical conditions provided to suppliers, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and feasibility before submission
Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement KPIs to measure supplier performance and progress of packaging, labeling and distribution activities. Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to identify trends, root causes of deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address performance gaps and enhance operational excellence
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in partnerships and outsourced packaging, labeling and distribution activities, developing and implementing mitigation strategies
Budget Management: Monitor and control budgets for outsourced packaging, labeling and distribution activities and partnership initiatives
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all outsourced activities and partnerships comply with FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and internal procedures
About You
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging, labeling and distribution, outsourcing coordination, or partnership management of CMO/CRO.

The salary range for this position is:
$101,250.00 - $146,250.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
