Your job, as PPM & Projects Sr Analyst within EM&S GenMed Latam team will be to support in the management of our portfolio, including mainly maintenance and tech transfer activities of current portfolio, aiming to deliver business continuity.
EM&S is a consolidated organization managing outsourced Sanofi products, which operates in each region through virtual sites ensuring optimal proximity with CMOs.

We extend Industrial Sanofi Limits, in both, installed capacity and technologies guaranteeing successful and sustainable results in terms of Quality & Regulatory compliance, Customer Service and Cost, through strong tactical principles and following internal compliance guidance.
Main responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes; familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for execution of tech transfer of products manufactured by CMOs located in Latam (mainly Brazil and Mexico):
- Technical assessment of equipment and manufacturing processes, mainly for solid formulas (tablets)
- Planning and monitoring of tech transfer activities together with the CMOs (manufacturing and analytical) – may require in-loco visits
- Good understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements
- Support in the management of EM&S Latam Portfolio, interacting with key M&S and ComOps stakeholders
- Implement and follow-up on SKU strategies: pruning, COGs improvement, divestments, LCM activities
- Contribute to business continuity strategies for main portfolio SKUs
- Ability to lead and coordinate technology transfer projects
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Experience in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Knowledge in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Conduct Request for Quotation processes with Procurement
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
- Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.

About you
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (preferred), engineering or related fields.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in tech transfer activities
- Experience in industrial activities within the pharmaceutical industry, including quality & regulatory subjects
- Knowledge in contract negotiations and monitoring of compliance (preferred)
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Attention to details and problem-solving
- Adaptability to constant changes
- Languages: Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish (preferred)
