This is a 3rd shift position

Responsible for working inside the fill area.

Performs production in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective procedures.

Complete Aseptic Gowning Qualifications and maintain it throughout employment.

Covid vaccination required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain critical qualifications (Critical Setup, Gowning, APS)

  • Conduct Product-Pathway Assessments

  • Manage shift operations and escalate issues as needed

  • Ensure proper documentation and review (BFRs, logbooks)

  • Monitor and update OMS tools for shift performance

  • Manage equipment and materials (submit work orders, perform inventories)

  • Train new technicians and maintain own qualifications

  • Participate in quality assurance activities (Gemba walks, filter testing)

  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and documentation requirements

  • Manage production processes and resolve issues

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Safety:

  • Follow safety procedures and participate in monthly meetings
  • Report safety issues and contribute to preventative actions
  • Ensure safe product production and utilize +QDCI boards

Quality:

  • Serve as point of contact for training initiatives, regulatory audits, and change control
  • Complete Gemba walks and maintain current documentation
  • Collaborate with quality group

Delivery:

  • Support production according to business needs
  • Complete assigned training and follow aseptic techniques
  • Process SAP transactions in real time

Cost:

  • Execute procedures correctly to avoid deviations
  • Utilize OMS appropriately and resolve production issues

Involvement:

  • Complete training modules and attend daily shift changes
  • Train new team members and participate in team meetings
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

About You

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in a cGMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

  • Or Associate degree with 1+ year of experience in a cGMP or pharmaceutical environment

  • Or Bachelor’s degree with relevant cGMP or pharmaceutical experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude, computer literacy, and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, manual dexterity, comprehension, and information retention

Preferred Qualifications

  • Grade A aseptic gown qualified

  • Proficiency in at least three operational areas or product lines

  • Qualified trainer in one or more functional areas

  • Proficient in at least one of the following: utility sampling, equipment preparation, or tank movement

  • Working knowledge of and access to systems such as SAP, MasterControl, SCADA, RT Reports, and LabWare

The salary range for this position is:

$26.17 - $34.89
