Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for achieving sales objectives of Sanofi Genzyme in Saudi Arabia through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Assigning sales territories to Product Specialists on the basis of geographical allocation, ensuring territories right sizing to reach maximum and optimum frequency of visits and calls according to the proper segmentation of target groups.
Provide high standards of ongoing coaching/support in the field for the Product Specialists so that they possess sufficient medical and technical skills to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
Ensure that all activities are in accordance with the ethical & compliant guide lines of Sanofi.
Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents.
Provide genuine feedback to others on their performance. Help others identify & prioritize their development objectives.
Identify qualified & talented people in the Annual performance management & make accurate evaluations of people’s capabilities & fit.
To execute and to ensure the launch excellence of the new products and to keep the focus on the strategic directions of the Sanofi Genzyme especially the enlisting and formulary inclusions in the key and targeted accounts.
Collaborate effectively with peers, stake holders & partners across the organizations to positively impact business results.
Identify & evaluate growth opportunities to maximize business growth.
Local distributor follow-up and Management.
Assisting the Sales Director and the Marketing Leads in the preparation of promotional, sales and tactical plans and ensuring appropriate implementation of developed marketing, promotion and detailing campaigns in different business lines and in accordance with the corporate overall strategy.
Ability to travel at least 40% of his/her time to cover the whole kingdom and remote areas with the team.
Geographically mobile within KSA based on business needs and changes.
Experience & knowledge:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and pharmaceutical industry.
Immunology experience is a must.
