The Trade Channels Innovation Manager is a strategic role at the forefront of reimagining how the company connects with customers, patients, and partners. You will lead disruptive route-to-market initiatives, drive AI-enabled channel innovation, and develop next-generation distribution strategies that set new benchmarks for the industry. Main responsibilities:
- Design and execute cutting-edge route-to-market strategies and optimise the end-to-end product journey.
- Explore and implement innovative channel models such as digital pharmacy partnerships, direct-to-consumer concepts, e-commerce platforms, home-care solutions, and specialty distribution networks.
- Build and deliver a 3-year transformation roadmap, embedding AI into channel optimisation, forecasting, and customer engagement.
- Lead the design and execution of the omnichannel strategy and drive education programs for key stakeholders.
- Manage and grow relationships with digital trade and technology partners while assessing new solutions to stay ahead of market trends.
- Evaluate and optimise distribution and dispensing models, anticipating and mitigating launch and supply chain risks.
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence and horizon scanning, applying data and AI-driven insights to identify opportunities.
About you
- Proven experience in trade or commercial roles within pharmaceuticals, with success in trade channel management and innovation.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and commercial acumen.
- Experience with AI applications for commercial or channel optimisation.
- Digital literacy and ability to lead transformation initiatives.
- Effective time management and task prioritisation skills.
- Cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in English.
