Work Schedule: 100% Onsite, 40hr a week for 3rd shift - 10 pm - 6:30 am
The Swiftwater site is in northeast Pennsylvania and is home to the production of over 120 million doses of injectables that help prevent diseases and enhance patients' quality of life. Our teams follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and procedures while working in a fast-paced team environment.

All levels of production technicians represent the “heartbeat” of the manufacturing facilities and are responsible for the high quality and efficient production of our injectables in accordance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) for all relevant regulatory agencies (e.g. FDA). Positions within production facilities may change based off of business needs and seasonality.

Main Responsibilities:
Supports area Cleaning
Entering/Verifying EM plates as needed to support Production Schedule
Supports area production activities such as cleaning Monitoring, preparation, cleaning and sterilization of Skids and Portable Tanks, Sonicating parts, and Filter testing.
Ordering from Warehouse to support schedule
Work Orders as need, placement of inventory to stock accurately
Ensures Production samples, Water/Clean Steam Samples are taken, documented, and delivered on time
Compounds Buffer in accordance with procedures
Completes all Batch Record/eBR requirements accurately
Cross training on tank and prep teams
Focus on quality and safety of teammates, processes, products, equipment, and documentation
Ability to work in both an individual and team environment
Is trained according to all training assignments
Your individual contributions will drive collective business goals which ultimately help patients
Completes tasks and corresponding documentation as required by cGMP
Ability to lift between 1 to 50 pounds per health center
Regulatory audit understanding and awareness
About You
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED plus at least 6+ months of prior manufacturing and/or warehouse experience
OR a Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience
Demonstrated ability to work well in team environments: Cooperates willingly with colleagues, Builds rapport in a friendly and professional manner, Maintains positive working relationships and offers support to others
Strong communication skills, including Reading, writing, verbal comprehension, and interpersonal communication
Professional, detail-oriented, coachable, and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced, team-based environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Basic computer literacy
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting
Active participation or interest in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at both local and global levels
Special Requirements:
Compliance with product-specific vaccination requirements
Ability to receive an influenza vaccine (required for building access)

The salary range for this position is:
$19.63 - $26.18All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
