Payroll HR Services & Labor Relations Manager

Location: Mexico City

Grade: L3

Hiring Manager: Ana Carolina Ranzani

Main responsibilities:

• Designs and administers proactive programs, procedures and plans related to employee relations activities.
• Prepares files for discussions with unions / works councils.
• Provides guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations issues Investigates formal employee comlpaints and recommande the copagny's response to the emlpoyee.
• Conducts termination interviews and compliles reports & information.
• Ensures that legal requierements are met in terms of emlopyee relations to minimaize exposure to liability.
• Responsible for handling social legal matters

Experience:

Soft and technical skills:

• At least 5 years of experience with end to end payroll process.
• Experience working with unions payroll
• Experience resolving legal requirements

Education: Bachelor´s Degree

Languages: At least Intermediate English
