The Global Head of Learning Innovation is a critical architect of the company’s learning transformation; leading the charge to reimagine how we build skills, enable growth, and stay competitive in a fast-evolving world. This role brings the outside in connecting global trends, emerging technologies, and best-in-class learning practices with the needs of our business and employees.
This leader is a strategist, systems thinker, and culture builder, working with and across our Learning teams to drive innovation at scale in learning programs, operations, and platforms. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders across P&C, Digital, Procurement, and the business to shape the learner experience of the future.

Main Responsibilities:
Strategy and Innovation Leadership
Own the global learning innovation strategy along with the CLO, shaping a portfolio of high-impact, future-focused solutions.
Stay ahead of emerging trends (AI, microlearning, adaptive tech, immersive modalities) and translate them into scalable initiatives that align with our priorities.
Drive a culture of experimentation and agility across the learning ecosystem.
Experience and Ecosystem Design
Reimagine the learner experience and bring the culture of learning to life by designing programs and platforms that are personalized, engaging, and outcomes driven.
Lead the integration of technologies like LMS/LXPs, VR/AR, and analytics to enable adaptive, data-informed learning journeys.
Champion the adoption of learning tools that differentiate our learning offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence
Act as a connector across the enterprise aligning with internal and external partners to embed learning into the flow of work.
Cultivate relationships with edTech innovators, academic institutions, and global networks to bring new thinking and approaches into the organization.
Operational Excellence and Enablement
Establish systems and processes that enable innovation to scale across geographies, audiences, and platforms.
Manage pilots through to enterprise adoption, ensuring high-quality design, localized execution, and measurable impact.
Oversee selected vendor partnerships, technology integration, and internal capability building.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
Define success metrics for learning innovation linking engagement and skill development to business outcomes.
Use data, research, and user feedback to continuously improve offerings and influence strategic decisions. Share insights and results regularly with senior leadership.
About You
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree required, a Masters or MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in learning, innovation, or digital transformation—ideally in complex, global organizations.
Deep understanding of learning technologies, instructional design, and human-centered design.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and translate vision into execution.
Strong grasp of change management, agile delivery, and enterprise enablement.
Passion for shaping inclusive, high-impact learning experiences that move the business forward.
Travel up to 30% domestic and international required

The salary range for this position is:
$184,500.00 - $266,500.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
