As a Revenue & Receivables Specialist within our Finance Global Services Team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition, efficient receivables management, and compliance with internal policies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, analyze AR performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. As Revenue & Receivables Specialist within our Finance Global Services Team, you’ll ensure accurate revenue recognition and receivables management, strengthen compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency of our financial operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely booking of invoices and revenue recognition for both Trade and non-Trade transactions, aligned with internal policies and closing schedules.

• Monitor system interfaces to confirm proper invoice flow and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze accounts receivable (AR) ageing reports, recommend provisions for doubtful accounts, and post approved adjustments.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support revenue tracking and AR performance analysis.

• Participate in periodic reviews of revenue recognition processes and contribute to improvements in accounting methods and compliance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to knowledge sharing, and provide guidance to junior team members.

About you

• Experience: Experience in receivables management, revenue recognition, or general accounting within a shared services or multinational environment.

• Soft and technical skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Languages: Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
