Your Impact

As a dynamic member of the Vaccines Iberia Leadership Team, you'll:

• Drive Innovation & Strategy - Partner with the GM and Leadership Team of Iberia to prioritize game-changing initiatives, challenge conventional thinking, and implement innovative ways of working

• Lead High-Impact Projects - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that directly influence our market success and organizational transformation

• Shape the Future - Actively contribute to our strategic vision by bringing fresh perspectives from outside sources and challenging the status quo

• Connect the Dots - Build bridges across the organization, ensuring alignment between global strategies and local execution

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Orchestrate LT meetings with engaging approaches, driving the agenda and governance focused on our strategic priorities

• Lead the organization of strategic meetings (Extended LT meetings, offsites, country visits, etc)

• Lead or co-lead transformational projects within the BU and across the organization

• Drive business planning, team operations and analytics

• Be a connector with global and regional teams

• Bring data-driven insights to accelerate growth and launch performance

What You Bring

• Diverse Experience: Background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Finance

• Agile Mindset: Ability to navigate ambiguity, think creatively, drive results and learn fast

• Digital Enthusiasm: Strong interest in digital transformation and AI

• Project Management Excellence: Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives
