  • Drive sales growth to achieve sales target in assigned territory.

  • Build a high-performing team and ensure efficient resources allocation.

  • Translate brand strategy to executable actions to maximize impact.

  • Take responsibility on hospital listing and minimize price erosion.

  • Represent company to engage KOLs and target customers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Set ambitious goal to inspire sales rep exceeding company expectation.

  • Enable sales for product value proposition to address unmet needs to target customer.

  • Coach sales rep to develop product knowledge and optimal selling skills

  • Talent development and team performance management.

  • Initiate sales events to drive customers on both prescription breadth and depth.

  • Feedback competition intelligence and market information to cross function.

  • Collaborate with cross-functions on programs/events execution to deliver impact

  • Comprehensive grasp on hospital order phasing to deliver forecast accuracy

  • Ensure high quality on data accuracy and sales report in-time delivery.

  • Fulfil company’s commercial excellence & digital requirements

  • Ensure team integrity and compliance.

  • Support other tasks that assigned by Head of Sales and BUD.

  • Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Must comply with HSE policy.

About you

  • Result oriented mindset and proven record in delivering sales impact is a must.

  • Business or healthcare graduate with successful experience in pharma industry is acceptable.

  • 2 years district manager with people management experience is a plus.

  • Sales experience or customer connection on immune or specialty diseases is a plus.

  • Fluency in English is a plus.
