iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Business Planning & Development Associate VIE within our New Product Planning and Launch team, you’ll be involved with advertising/creative agencies, local and regional Key Opinion Leaders, Patient Societies, Distributers, Health Authorities, Charities and Non-Profit Organization, and Payers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Implement and catalyze strategic projects that contributes to accelerating our new launches.
  • Lead, coordinate or support projects and initiatives for business growth and delivering on priorities within the next Gen immunology franchise.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders by working transversally with the different franchises and cross functional team.
  • Work transversally within the immunology franchise and be a key player in managing the work of multiple projects by maintaining the backlog, facilitating ceremonies, and making sure the teams are demonstrating true working practices.
  • Champion Agile culture and simplification behaviors, promoting “new ways of working” and principles and practices both at the project level and in corresponding squads.
  • Discovers insight and foresight using multiple sources including; direct customer contact, field visits, market research and trends analysis to gain a deeper understanding of patients, prescribers and payers within a competitive context.
  • Ensure new product launches follow strictly launch excellence and governance practices.
  • Responsible for oversight and compliant leadership of all customer-facing activities, patient support and professional relations.

About you

Experience:

  • Commercial, Project Management, and experience working with Agile methodology would be a plus.
  • Experienced in leading project teams involving different functions would be an asset.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Market understanding, competition and future trends, and good understanding of our value chain.
  • Ability to take data-driven decisions based on customer needs and to manage relationships across various stakeholders.
  • High learning agility and ability to perform under pressure with multi-tasking skills.
  • Pro-active with a sense of urgency, demonstrating leadership and effectiveness in a matrix organization.
  • Professional analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • Project management skills and Planning capability.
  • Strong presentation and general communication skills (written, verbal and listening), together with forecasting, planning and budgeting Skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Education:

  • Master’s degree preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing or similar field.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English.
