As an Events & Engagements Analyst within Global Meetings & Events, in the Procurement Services tower, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of both internal and external scientific events and healthcare professional (HCP) engagements. You’ll collaborate with event requestors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to manage contracting, logistics, payments, and compliance—contributing directly to Sanofi’s mission while building a purpose-driven career.

Main responsibilities:

The Events & Engagements Analyst will support the operational execution of HCP-related events and external expert engagements, ensuring accurate and compliant delivery of contracting, payment, logistics, and documentation processes.

• Support the end-to-end process of HCP engagements including creation, review, and submission of contracts and related documents in agreed upon GM&E tools like cvent and Veeva Vault CRM.

• Ensure timely and compliant processing of HCP fee payments and out-of-pocket reimbursements.

• Maintain audit-ready documentation in alignment with FMV principles, transparency requirements, and local regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with event leads, vendors, brand teams, and external stakeholders to support logistics coordination (e.g., venue, transport, F&B, AV, speaker travel arrangements).

• Assist with post-event tasks including budget reconciliation, performance metric reporting, and compliance validation.

• Monitor project timelines, raise risks or issues early, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

• Support tool usage and troubleshoot common platform challenges in systems such as Cvent and OneCRM.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing, cross-training, and continuous improvement of event processes and tools.

• Work under the guidance of a Manager or Lead to meet quality standards and delivery expectations.

About you

• Experience: 1–3 years in event coordination, contracting, or operational support, preferably in the life sciences industry.

• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a structured, multicultural, and fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with tools like Veeva Vault CRM, Cvent, SpotMe, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.

• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
