As Controlling Operations SD M&S Costing Sr Analyst within our Costing M&S team, you’ll develop and drive M&S Costing implementation plan, together with Head of M&S COE & Finance Operations, within agreed timelines.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and drive M&S Costing implementation plan, together with Head of M&S COE & Finance Operations, within agreed timelines
• Support construction and be part of a high functioning, diverse team with the capabilities to harmonize and mutualize the operational tasks to provide best in class service
• Design effective interaction model and ways of working with Site Finance Manufacturing Business Partners to provide high quality budget, forecasts, actuals etc.
• Partner with M&S Finance Business Partner to drive sustainable improvements in COGS management KPI
• Leverage Finance tools, processes, and controls to drive simplification, standardization for COGS across manufacturing sites
• Continuously challenge legacy ways of working, status quo, identify gaps, and recommend new ways of working – focus on best practices
• Ownership to resolve any gaps proposing workarounds and local adaptations

About you

• Experience: 5-10 years of professional certified experience
• Soft and technical skills: Broad stakeholder management, assertive communication, and solid knowledge of P&L variance analysis at the cost level
• Education: Industrial Engineer, Accountant, Business Administration
• Languages: Advance in English, Portugues (advantageous)
