Sanofi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain professional to support our Meninge Product line in the short term 12 week Supply and Operational Execution (S&OE) horizon end to end from Drug substance through Finished Good release. In this role, you will oversee key steps in the operating unit, projecting lead times for product documentation, testing, and release activities.

Your responsibilities will include consolidating Site E2E lead times to ensure on time supply within the site execution window. Coordinate release Planning and Prioritization: Manage batch selection, prioritization and release planning based on market needs, ensuring FIFO at the final step. Coordinating with FaCT participants and provide feedback to the PCU in case of recurring issues. Communicating with stakeholders as well as SC Leadership team for escalations. Coordinating with Drug substance and drug product schedules as well as site flow controllers to ensure on-time delivery of product.

This role involves collaborating with various teams across the Swiftwater site and global product planners for transversal to ensure continuous supply.

Main responsibilities:

Production execution flow (0-3m): Your responsibilities will include consolidating Site E2E lead times to ensure on time supply within the site execution window. Orchestrate batch selection and prioritization based on market demands, ensuring FIFO principles at final release. Align with FaCT participants and provide feedback to PCU regarding recurring issues. Manage stakeholder communications and escalate critical matters to Supply Chain Leadership. Synchronize drug substance and drug product schedules in collaboration with site flow controllers to ensure timely product delivery.

Supply & Operational Execution (S&OE): The position requires facilitating regular touchpoints with Supply Chain Global Business Unit, reviewing demand exceptions, and communicating production schedule changes. You will ensure the follow up of site actions to meet net demand, collaborate on supply risk management in the frozen horizon and represent the site at various weekly end-to-end product control tower meetings and global forums.

Inventory Management and Performance reporting: You will ensure product demand is met and identify stock-out risks. This includes applying stock policies and target coverage for each product, as well as defining target WIP (Work in Progress) and throughput with PCU teams. You will be responsible for setting targets, reporting, and forecasting key KPIs including Plant Cycle Time (by product, by APU, by site), WIP, and Throughput. This role involves providing weekly/monthly reporting of performance for each node in the end-to-end site batch release process and preparing monthly PCT reporting for site scorecard and IBP decks. You will challenge and drive an action-oriented approach at performance meetings with APU leads and managers.

Continuous improvement: The Flow Controller will coordinate performance improvement initiatives to improve PCT metrics and work with the PCU team on improving FACT setup. You will ensure regular critical path updates of release processes and become part of an above-site flow controller network.

Further responsibilities

Master Data: Working with SCPP, monitor and update ERP data (e.g. standard lead times, Global Release Process Time)

Compliance and Assessment: Ensure compliance to packaging presentations, artwork, QTA requirements for supply, regulatory compliance, etc.

Innovation and Sustainability: Contribute to the company's transformation agenda by driving innovation in supply chain management practices. Contribute to the company's sustainability goals through efficient inventory management.

Best Practices Exchange: Work closely with other stakeholders across site and global M&S teams to identify and implement best practices.

About you

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or similar.

  • Experience: Has 2-5 years of experience. Strong background in similar role, preferably in a Supply Chain or project management capacitywith proven track record of agile mindset, driving decision-making and optimizing business outcome for its perimeter.

  • Interpersonal skills: ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners within site functions to gather information and assess feasibility. The ability to lead and motivate teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to address complex technical and business challenges.

  • Change agent: ensure best practice implementation and system adoption / system evolution, including flexibility to keep evolving with business needs.

  • Technical skills: A strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they integrate with SAP. A combination of technical expertise and business acumen.

  • Languages: Fluent in English to work within a global function

The salary range for this position is:

$79,500.00 - $114,833.33
