Main responsibilities:

As Legal Trainee in our Legal Team, you’ll:

• Prepare draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents (e.g. minutes, articles of association, power of attorney, member resolutions) based on templates,
• Draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents in both English and Hungarian
• Support from general and operational side the work of legal advisers
• Research of legislation, legal precedents, cases with regard to the specificities of the case
• Translate of legal texts and annexes into English and Hungarian
• Assist in administrative and judicial proceedings
• Liaise and negotiate with the authorities
• Check compliance with internal rules and regulations

About You

• Native level Hungarian language proficiency
• English language skills - minimum intermediate level (written and verbal communication)
• Ongoing university studies in Legal / Administrative field (active student status)
• Min. 20 - hour availability/week
• Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) applications
• Previous experience in an office environment will be an advantage
• Proactive work approach and agile mindset
• Precision, reliability, and ability to work independently
